DEEP closing program for the Foyah Lofa County teacher training cluster.

The Diversified Educators Empowerment Project (DEEP) is a milestone Teacher's Training institution transforming the outlook of  Education in Foyah, Lofa County.
DEEP recently celebrated a significant achievement following the successful training and graduation of 85 primary school teachers. The initiative marks a crucial step in addressing the educational challenges and the prospect in nurturing future generations of learners

Building Foundation s:
DEEP in-service Teacher's Training Project is designed to enhance the pedagogical skills and educational methodologies of primary school teachers.
The program spans several months with a focus on innovative teaching techniques, incorporating modern and inclusive teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.

Curriculum Development:
Equipping teachers with the skills to develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans.

Classroom Management:
Training Teachers in effective classroom Management strategies to foster a conducive learning environment.

Community Engagement:
Encouraging teachers to include the community in the educational process, thus creating a supportive network for students.
The DEEP teacher's training program was not a mere academic exercise but a transformative experience that empowered educators become change agents in their respective communities.
The graduation of the 85 teachers is a testament of their dedication and the effectiveness of the DEEP Training approach.

A Vision for Higher Education:
DEEP intends to build the first Teacher Training University in Foyah.
The success of the 85 trained teachers in Foyah, Lofa County has set the basis  for an even more ambitious initiative that would establish  the teacher's university in Foyah.
This visionary project aims at providing higher education opportunities in Lofa and adjacent counties, thus addressing the education final aspirations of Lofa County specifically and this would contribute immensely to the socio- economic development of the region.
